| International ‘Earth Hour’ is being held on Saturday, 27th March, across the globe. The annual event, organized by the Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF), encourages individuals, communities, and businesses to turn off non-essential electric lights for one hour from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm (+3GMT), as a symbol of commitment to the planet and to raise awareness of the impact on climate change.
